Domasco, the authorised distributor for Volvo cars in Qatar, has announced the launch of the Live Chat functionality on its website, www.volvo.com.qa 
The company said customers can now chat live with its Volvo sales team from the website. The new communication tool is “the fastest way” to get sales support on any query and is “a great way” to receive personal attention directly from team members, it said. 
“Live Chat staff are extremely well-trained to handle our customer’s questions whether they want to know about a particular vehicle or if they simply want to know what time we open and close,” Domasco said.
To start a conversation, customers can visit www.volvo.com.qa and click on the prompt at the bottom right hand side of the screen and type in the questions.
