Qatar’s role in Djibouti PoWs’ release hailed
The UN Human Rights Council welcomed the mediation of the State of Qatar in securing the release of Djiboutian prisoners of war (PoWs) detained in Eritrea in March.
This came in the Council’ss resolution on human rights Status in Eritrea, which was adopted at the end of the UNCHR’s 32nd regular session.
