A Palestinian man shows foam-tipped bullets used by Israeli riot police outside the Dome of the Rock in Jerusalem’s Al-Aqsa mosque compound after clashes  at the compound yesterday.  At least seven Palestinian worshippers were injured and four others detained by Israeli police during the clashes which erupted in the morning after Jewish fanatics broke into the yards of Al-Aqsa mosque compound. The media co-ordinator of the Jordan-run Islamic Waqf, Feras Debes, said that eight Jewish settlers, accompanied by Israeli policemen, broke into the compound through the Moroccan Gate, a practice that rarely occurs during the  month of Ramadan, provoking clashes with Muslim worshippers who attempted to compel them to leave the site. Israeli police then attacked the worshippers with stun grenades and rubber-coated bullets, injuring at least seven of them, Debes said. The police also detained four worshippers.
