The Ministry of Economy and Commerce (MEC) has closed a beauty centre in the Al Markhiya area for two weeks for using and displaying expired products.
The closure came as part of MEC's inspection campaigns to monitor and control the local market.
The beauty centre was issued a violation report and the closure notice will be published in two local dailies at the expense of the centre.
