Dear Sir,

My family travelled from India to Qatar recently and before the journey I took international roaming.
I got the shock of my life when I received the following message a few days later: Data 148MB consumed and the bill amount is Rs106,008. The Internet service will be temporarily suspended soon.
Is the data charge this much costly anywhere in the world, please?
My “dynamic credit” limit was Rs18,300 and the question is why I didn’t get any warning or notice when the bill crossed that amount? When the bill reached my “dynamic credit” limit, the service should have been terminated.
Why wasn’t it done so?
I tried to contact the mobile service company’s customer service number but it is always busy and after some time the phone gets disconnected.
I’m quite at a loss what to do next.

Enduring legacy

Dear Sir,

Even death couldn’t beat Muhammad Ali, “The Greatest” as his legacy lives on.
Muhammad Ali was honoured at a star-studded memorial service on Friday, shortly after the legendary boxer’s private burial in his native Kentucky soil.
The three-hour remembrance, featuring an assortment of eulogies from family members, several religious leaders, ended with former US president Bill Clinton. Courage in the face of oppression, resistance in the face of injustice - that is, in essence, Ali’s enduring legacy.
His classical stature, commanding voice and superb advocacy of political policies invested the civil rights movement in the US with power and influence, which were distinct and decisive.
We will remember him for his sincere devotion, princely sacrifices and great qualities of organisation and inspiration.
No sports star in our history lived a life more daring in its conception, more eventful in its import and more human in its urges and impulses.
He was a man apart, with every bit of  energy of soul and body dedicated to the service of mankind.
Not once was there the temptation of retaliation and revenge.
His idealism, therefore, transformed the boundaries of race and country, and sought to make itself one with the highest hopes of humanity.
Ali was truly the “Lord of the Ring”.
Float like a butterfly, sting like a bee; there will never be another Muhammad Ali.
