HE the Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohamed bin Abdulrahman al-Thani yesterday met with Libya’s Foreign Affairs Minister Mohamed Taher Siala and his accompanying delegation, currently visiting Qatar. They discussed bilateral relations as well as a number of issues of mutual interest. The situation in Libya, ahead of the convening of the Vienna meeting on Libya tomorrow, was also reviewed.
