A Doha criminal court has sentenced a man to one year in jail and imposed a fine of QR3,000 for attacking a security guard at a local hotel.
Local Arabic daily Arrayah reported that the defendant admitted before the court his mood was so bad that he could not restrain himself. However, the court found him guilty based on his confession and the testimony of witnesses.
