The mercury level is expected to shoot up in the country on Friday, reaching a staggering 46C in Doha, according to the Qatar Met department.
Strong winds are also likely in both inshore and offshore areas, the weather office said.

Offshore areas, meanwhile, will see hazy conditions with some clouds. The wind speed in these areas may reach 22 knots by the evening, with the sea level rising to 7ft.
A maximum temperature of 46C is expected in Doha and Abu Samra, followed by 44C in Messaied, Wakrah and Al Khor, and 42C in Dukhan. Ruwais, on the other hand, is likely to be much less warm at 33C.
