Four Bangladeshi men were killed in a road accident on Al Shamal Road on Tuesday when their mini-van collided with another vehicle.
The accident occurred around 8.30am.
The deceased were identified as siblings Mohamed Islauddin (32) and Mohamed Moinuddin (30) and Mohamed Awlat Hussain (35) and Mohamed Muhid Uddin (28).
Sources said some of their co-travellers suffered injuries and were admitted to hospital.
The victims were from the Sylhet district of Bangladesh, according to a report posted on the website of Samakal, a Bangladeshi newspaper.
