Ooredoo has announced that members of the loyalty programme, Nojoom, will now be able to buy Nojoom points on the go in the form of scratch cards.
The Nojoom Scratch Card is a new initiative for the programme and members will be able to buy 1,000 Nojoom points directly at all Starlink and Jumbo Electronics locations for QR70.
The new service has been designed as part of the company’s “push to offer the most accessible top-up options for Nojoom members,” the company said in a statement.
Fatima Sultan al-Kuwari, director of community and public relations at Ooredoo, said: “Nojoom has become a part of the daily life for our members as they use points for purchases across Qatar. Lately, we are seeing a growing trend in members using our earning partners and, thanks to the new Nojoom Scratch Cards, we are further enhancing our member experience by giving them the opportunity to purchase points to top up their accounts or to gift to loved ones.”
Currently, members can earn Nojoom points by using any Ooredoo service, using a QNB Nojoom credit card, converting their banking points to Nojoom or spending at any of Nojoom’s 20 earn partners.
Using the scratch cards, members will be able to instantly top up their Nojoom balance to redeem for higher rewards or gift to their loved ones to enjoy.
To top up Nojoom points, members should scratch the back of the voucher card to reveal the code and send it via SMS to ‘127’. Points will be instantly credited to a member’s account.
Every Ooredoo customer with a Qatar ID can enrol into Nojoom and redemptions can be made following Nojoom’s redemption channels by logging into their account at www.ooredoo.qa/nojoom or by downloading the Ooredoo App.
