HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani has sent a written message to Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah al-Ahmed al-Jaber al-Sabah pertaining to relations between Qatar and Kuwait. HE the Minister of Foreign Affairs Mohamed bin Abdulrahman al-Thani handed over the message when the Emir of Kuwait met him at Al-Seif Palace yesterday.
