The Ministry of Municipality and Environment (MME) tweeted on Sunday that its food inspectors seized 350kg of expired foodstuff from a secret warehouse in a restaurant at The Pearl-Qatar.
The ministry, on its Facebook page, explained that the seized items included juice concentrates, flavouring substances, meat dressings, and blue cheese sauce.
The restaurant manager has been referred to the Public Prosecution, according to MME.
