Qatar Post has urged Post Office (PO) Box owners to renew their subscription before March 31.
Mail can be received in Qatar by using a PO Box, located in a number of convenient places around the country and can be accessed 24 x 7.
PO Boxes, provided to both personal and business users, are available on annual paid subscription which commences on January 1 each year.
The yearly subscription fee became due on January 1. People who have not paid their subscription, should clear the dues before March 31 to avoid any disruption to service.
Subscribers, who renew after March 31, will have to pay a re-opening fee of QR100 to avail their service, providing the mailbox has not been transferred to another subscriber.
The PO Box renewal can be done at one of 40 Qatar Post branches or via Qatar Post website www.qatarposts.com by using a credit card.
Alternatively, subscribers can use the QNB website or mobile apps www.qnb.com Easylink under utilities to settle their dues.
