The Domasco Honda aftersales division has emerged triumphant at the annual Honda Middle East Regional Awards, winning three out of four awards, including “Best Service Distributor of the Year 2015”.
The other awards won by Domasco Honda are for “Best Technical Training Performance of the Year 2015” and “Best Market Quality Performance of the Year 2015”.
The awards were presented by Hishashi Kusumi, senior general manager of the Honda Middle East regional office, at a ceremony held in Dubai recently.
Padmanabhan Narayanan, national aftersales manager at Domasco, said: “We are extremely delighted to receive this recognition from Honda. Our relentless efforts in improving the service process and investing in associates’ training are well recognised.
“These awards are further testament to our commitment and ability to deliver best-in-class services to our customers. We are confident that these awards will motivate the entire aftersales team to work even harder to ensure that we provide added value to all our customers.”
