Ooredoo has announced the launch of its redesigned website www.ooredoo.qa, providing ‘a more engaging user experience with a cleaner, more attractive design.’
With new quick action buttons added to the home page, both consumer and business customers now have total control over the transactions they wish to make, from changing plans to subscribing to new services, viewing and paying bills, redeeming Nojoom points or filing a complaint.
“We have also optimised the website’s look for mobile devices to ensure uninterrupted access to customers,” said Fatima Sultan al-Kuwari, director, Community and Public Relations, Ooredoo.
Ooredoo’s revamped website lets customers purchase new devices, Easy-To-Remember numbers, accessories, and plans.
The new Ooredoo eShop enables customers to find their perfect phone by using filters, a phone comparison feature, and a simpler checkout process.
In addition, key features of the revamped site include centralised troubleshooting guides and FAQs, enabling customers to easily search for solutions and find answers, and a new promotions page, containing the latest offers available from Ooredoo.

New mobile data packs
Ooredoo has introduced three new packs for its mobile broadband (MBB) plans for post-paid customers.
MBB is Ooredoo’s data-only service that provides customers with direct, high-speed access to the Internet, and can be used with devices such as smartphones, tablets, laptops and more.
With the new plans Ooredoo will give customers the option to purchase or upgrade their packs to 10GB, 15GB or 40GB per month, on top of the current 5GB, 25GB and unlimited pack that are already accessible.
The new packs will allow Ooredoo customers to enjoy access to the newly extended 4G+ Supernet network, with more data choice.
To purchase an MBB pack, customers can buy an Ooredoo MBB SIM through an Ooredoo Shop, via Ooredoo’s eShop, or at any of the premium dealers for a one-time fee of QR50.
