Ooredoo tv customers who sign up for OSN Pehla Prime and OSN Pehla Spice Plus can enjoy all the action from the 2016 ICC World Twenty20 live from India and get two months’ subscription for free, Ooredoo has announced.
The offer, launched in time for the championship’s first matches, enables customers to get a year’s worth of sport for the price of 10 months and enjoy two months’ subscription to OSN Pehla Prime and OSN Pehla Spice Plus for free, according to a statement from the company.
The 2016 ICC World Twenty20 will see 16 teams compete in seven cities in matches featuring the world’s best players.
Ooredoo tv provides a “time shift” option so that sports fans can enjoy current and previously-broadcasted matches and use the start, pause, fast forward and rewind options on live matches.
Existing customers can select the relevant subscriptions directly from their Ooredoo tv handset and enjoy all the action.
New customers can visit any Ooredoo shop as well as Starlink, TechnoBlue and Jumbo outlets to sign up. The service has no upfront charges, no equipment costs and no ongoing contracts, the statement notes.
With the new offer, customers who subscribe to any of Ooredoo tv’s four feature-filled “Extras” packages can also enjoy two months’ subscription for free.
The 2016 ICC World Twenty20 runs through to the finals at Eden Gardens, Kolkata, on April 3, with 35 matches set to take place over the course of the event.
