Qatar’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, HE Sheikh Mohamed bin Abdulrahman al-Thani, participates in the 138th session of the GCC Ministerial Council in Riyadh yesterday. The meeting discussed ways of enhancing GCC joint action in all areas, in addition to the latest regional and international developments, particularly the security situation in Yemen, Syria, Libya and Iraq.
