Mostafa Abu El Soud, general manager of Retaj Al Rayyan Hotel, welcomed Booking.com representatives - Haitham al-Nimri, senior account manager, and Ahmed Sultan, account manager, on the occasion of Retaj Al Rayyan receiving the Booking.com Guest Review Award of
Excellence for 2015. Abu El Soud expressed happiness at getting the award, especially because this is the fourth consecutive year that the hotel has received the accolade. He stressed that the award has “very high credibility as it relies on the opinions of travellers who book their stays through Booking.com”, noting that the honour is the culmination of the efforts of all workers. Retaj Hotels and Hospitality CEO Dr Kamel Senhadji was keen to be present to congratulate the hotel management and its employees on this achievement.
