Strong winds and high seas are expected in offshore areas in the early hours of Friday, the Qatar Met department has said.
The wind speed in these areas may range from 16-23 knots (northwesterly) before decreasing to 10-18 knots by the afternoon, according to the weather office.
The offshore areas will also remain partly cloudy, with the sea level likely to rise to 8ft at first.
The forecast for inshore areas is that partly cloudy to cloudy conditions are expected in some places along with a chance of scattered rain, especially in the southern areas.
The minimum and maximum temperatures in the country on Friday are expected to be 16C and 27C, respectively, with the forecast for Doha being 18C and 27C.
