Doha Jewellery and Watch Exhibition (DJWE) will offer public information seminars to all DJWE visitors for three afternoons until February 25.
The half-hour educational talks will cover topics, including high-end watch manufacture, timeless legacy jewels, how to evaluate diamonds and the essential qualities of good gemstones.
The experts presenting DJWE’s seminars represent top jewellery and watch brands, Cabestan and David Webb and the highly-respected International Gemological Institute, whose mobile lab at the DJWE also provides on-the-spot gem certification.
Only this week, members of the public can learn fascinating secrets behind some of the world’s most prestigious jewellery and watches, direct from world-class experts in their fields.
Entry is free to the luxury exhibition, organised by Qatar Tourism Authority and delivered by Elan Group at Doha Exhibition and Convention Centre (DECC), near City Center Mall in West Bay.
The show promises to dazzle extravagantly, with more than 50 exhibitors showcasing the finest creations of more than 500 celebrated and upcoming brands.
Visitors are also invited to enjoy ongoing live workshops by selected exhibitors, demonstrating the skills and craftsmanship that underlie the creations
on display.
