Dignitaries cutting the ceremonial cake at the National Day reception hosted by the US Embassy in Doha. The guests of honour, HE the Minister of Municipality and Environment Mohamed bin Abdullah al-Rumaihi, HE the Minister of Public Health Dr Hanan Mohamed al-Kuwari, Ministry of Foreign Affairs protocol director Ibrahim Fahkroo and Diplomatic Corps dean, ambassador Ali Ibrahim Ahmed, were welcomed by US ambassador Dana Shell Smith. An array of Qatari officials, diplomats, business, cultural, and education leaders were present.
