Ooredoo has announced that it will launch dedicated business desks in eight selected Ooredoo retail stores, giving business customers easier access to all its business services to ensure increased customer satisfaction.
The desks will be dedicated to Ooredoo Business customers and a trained business sales representative will be able to assist with customers’ needs.
The dedicated desks will enable business customers to buy the entire business portfolio and services in store, including Shahry Smart packs, Fibre broadband, Sip-T Business Telephony, Office in a Box, Ooredoo Cloud services and others.
The stores are located in Al Khor, Salwa, Al Sadd, Al Wakrah, City Center Doha, Old Airport, Villaggio and Landmark.
