An Indian expatriate, said to be in his mid-40s, was found dead in his house in Doha's Mathar Qadeem area, sources said.
The body was found on the first floor of his two-storied house.
Members of his family were reportedly on the ground floor of the house when the death occurred. The deceased, identified as Anil Thomas Jacob, was the general manager of a middle-level engineering firm in the Umm Ghuwailiana area.
Jacob is survived by his wife and three children. The expatriate hailed from Thiruvalla in Kerala's Pathanamthitta district and was an executive member of the Friends of Thiruvalla.
