The Qatari embassy in Thailand held a Holy Qur’an memorisation competition as part of the world’s largest Halal Food Festival activities.
Qatar’s ambassador to Thailand Jabor bin Ali al-Dosari praised the efforts of organisers of the contest, which aims to motivate and encourage young Muslims to memorise and recite the Holy Qur’an and study Hadith.
The ambassador distributed cash and other prizes to the winners of the Qur’an memorisation and recitation competition.
