Muntajat organises football games, fun exercises

HE Dr Mohamed bin Saleh al-Sada and Abdulrahman Ali al-Abdulla join players and attendees in celebrating National Sport Day.

Muntajat (Qatar Chemical and Petrochemical Marketing and Distribution Co) marked National Sport Day with football games and fun exercises for its employees and their families at Aspire Park.
For a third year in a row, Muntajat hosted an American football in collaboration with the Doha Rugby Football Club and Qatar Flag Football Club “Mad Camels.”
Muntajat employees and their families joined members of the Doha Rugby Football Club and the Qatar Flag Football team to enjoy a whole day of sports activities that raise awareness on the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
HE the Minister of Energy and Industry Dr Mohamed bin Saleh al-Sada attended the event and commended Muntajat on their efforts.
The Minister also joined the Muntajat team for a American football game as he reiterated the spirit of teamwork among the attendees.
Abdulrahman Ali al-Abdulla, chief executive officer, Muntajat, said: “We are proud to partner for the first time with the Doha Rugby Football Club and for a third year in a row with the Qatar Flag Football Club in organising a dynamic and active sports day for our employees.
“We were able to reinforce our dedication towards promoting a healthy and active lifestyle among our employees.”
Muntajat’s National Sport Day event included a number of exercises and American Football themed activities in addition to fun games for children from the age of five and above.
