HE the Minister of Economy and Commerce Sheikh Ahmed bin Jassim bin Mohamed al-Thani met in Riyadh yesterday with Deputy Governor of Saudi General Investment Authority (SAGIA) Prince Saud bin Khalid al-Faisal. During the meeting, they discussed co-operation especially in investment as Qatar and Saudi Arabia enjoy strong relations in several fields including economy and investment.
The meeting also reviewed experiences in different investment areas such as domestic and foreign investments and means to promote them. HE Sheikh Ahmed bin Jassim bin Mohamed al-Thani meanwhile visited the Sudair Industrial City in Saudi Arabia, accompanied by Saleh al-Rashidi, Director General of the Saudi Industrial Property Authority (MODON), where he was introduced to its infrastructure and various facilities. The minister and the accompanying delegation were briefed about the private sector investments in industry and logistics services, and other related issues.
