HE the Prime Minister and Interior Minister Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa al-Thani holding talks with a delegation from the US Congress in Doha yesterday. They discussed bilateral relations and ways of developing them in various fields, in addition to a number of regional and international issues of mutual interest.



Above: HE the Minister of State for Defence Affairs Major General Hamad bin Ali al-Attiyah also met the delegation from the US Congress. They discussed issues related to the current situation in the region and military co-operation between Qatar and the US. The meeting was attended by HE the Armed Forces Chief of Staff Major General Ghanim bin Shaheen al-Ghanim, US ambassador to Qatar Dana Shell Smith and senior officers of the armed forces.
