Almana Motors Company, one of the leading companies in Qatar and Ford Trucks, “celebrated the launch of the sales” of Ford trucks in Doha.
Ford distributor Almana Motors now offers Ford Trucks heavy commercial range in Qatar.
Bader al-Mana inaugurated the event and welcomed the attendees.
He said, “Today, we are marking the start by introducing the new Ford heavy trucks to the Qatar market. And we are pleased to have the Ford Motors representatives present with us. We are really excited about this new business venture and we believe that it will meet our client’s expectations and will have a huge impact especially in the heavy truck field.”
Ford Trucks International Markets director Emrah Duman emphasised that Ford Trucks continued to establish a global network.
He said, “We have strong business relations with our distributors. And as a result of this strong partnership in Doha, we are truly hoping our long-lasting relationship will continue with Almana Motors Company. The Middle East is very important for Ford Trucks and Qatar is among the most important markets within the region. In the midterm, we expect the Middle East market will constitute 25% of our international sales and we aim to reach a 5% share in Qatar’s heavy commercial market in three years.”

Popular Ford Trucks models, 1843T tractor and 3535M (6x4) can be customised with transmission and cabin modules for on-road and off-road conditions.
Tractors and construction vehicles are offered with 10 mm 500 Mpa chassis frame. The mixer series for construction applications are offered in 6x4 and 8x4 versions with 350 PS power engine. The mixer capacity ranges between 7.7 and 12.7 m3.  1843T tractor model is presented with a 10.3-litre 430 PS powerful engine with Euro 3 emission norms with standard ESP.
