HE the Prime Minister and Interior Minister Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa al-Thani opened the branch of operations, control and security monitoring as well as the new headquarters of the Counter Cybercrime Centre at the General Directorate of Criminal Investigation.
After the opening, HE the premier toured the branch and the centre, and listened to a briefing on the work mechanism at the branch and the services it offers for the investigations of security patrols by providing them with data and security intelligence, which helps in quickly capturing criminals and preventing crimes.
