The Ministry of Economy and Commerce (MEC) has announced a recall of 2014 Mercedes-Benz G-Class models to replace the horn and bulb mount of both tail lamps as well as to perform coding in the SAM control unit and driver seat control unit.
The recall is being carried out in collaboration with Nasser Bin Khaled Automobiles, dealer of Mercedes-Benz vehicles in Qatar.
The campaign falls within the framework of the Ministry of Economy and Commerce’s ongoing efforts to protect consumers and ensure that automobile dealers follow up on vehicle defects and repairs.
The ministry has said it will co-ordinate with the dealer to follow up on maintenance and repair works and communicate with customers to ensure that the necessary repairs are carried out.
