The Ministry of Economy and Commerce (MEC) has announced a recall of 2007-2008 Nissan Patrol, X-Trail, Sunny and Pickup models over a potential defect in passenger airbags.
The recall is being carried out in collaboration with Saleh Al Hamad Al Mana Co, dealer of Nissan vehicles in Qatar.
The campaign falls within the framework of the MEC’s ongoing efforts to protect consumers and ensure that automobile dealers follow up on vehicle defects and repairs. The ministry has said it will co-ordinate with the dealer to follow up on maintenance and repair works.
