Tunisian Prime Minister Habib Essid has visited the Cultural Village Foundation Katara where he and his accompanying delegation were welcomed by Katara General Manager Dr Khalid bin Ibrahim al-Sulaiti.
Al-Sulaiti accompanied the Tunisian premier in a tour around the facilities of the cultural village, especially to the opera house, drama theatre and the amphitheater.
Following their tour, both parties exchanged souvenirs prior to heading to building 3 that currently hosts the Tunisian Days.
Speaking on the occasion, Essid highlighted the role of Katara in hosting the Tunisian Days that will contribute to further boosting ties between Qatar and Tunisia.
The Tunisian prime said that the Tunisian Days is an indication of the depth of the Qatari-Tunisian relations. “It will definitely afford the visitors and guest of Katara to the Tunisian culture and traditions.”
