Ahlibank has said it is now welcoming customers to its “new-look” branch on C Ring Road. To meet local customer needs, the branch was redesigned by expanding the number of cashier counters to four. Also, it now has a second entrance at the back where additional parking is provided.
The branch includes the new brand identity, which incorporates modern technology and interactive touch screens, as well as tablets designed to enhance the customer experience.
This is the sixth branch opening in Ahlibank’s redesign programme aimed at providing the most personal banking experience at the heart of the Qatar community.
Ahlibank deputy CEO for retail banking Andrew McKechnie said: “I am delighted to announce that C Ring Road is the sixth renovated branch opened in the last 12 months. The branch has been completely re-designed and I am confident that our customers will welcome the changes we have made in our quest to providing the most personal banking experience at convenient locations around Qatar.
“We are on track to complete the renovation and repositioning of our branch network by the end of 2016. In addition, we continue to launch initiatives and campaigns designed around the customer, including the MasterCard Titanium credit card ‘Win a Dream Holiday’ campaign, which we launched last week.”
Hassan al-frangi, head of Retail Services, added, “We have re-designed our C Ring Road branch, which originally opened in 2008, to improve the experience for our customers.
“The increased number of cashier counters and a new additional entrance at the back of the branch demonstrates our commitment to provide an enhanced experience to our customers. Our commitment to Qatar is to be at the heart of the community and we remain focused on providing this through the 16 branches we have across Qatar.”
