Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Doha, the sole authorised dealership for Rolls-Royce Motor Cars in Qatar, has announced that it has further enhanced its customer service offering by renovating its service centre facility.
Exclusively designed for the servicing of Rolls-Royce vehicles, the centre has been created in the image of the ethereal home of Rolls-Royce in Goodwood, England, through its open plan and minimalistic nature.
“The facility houses cutting-edge tools and diagnostic equipment, as well as an integrated workshop system, allowing for a pristine look and feel,” Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Doha said in a statement, noting that the centre has a trained team of specialists on hand to cater to customers’ requirements.

As part of the after-sales service offered, a dedicated service adviser is assigned to customers to introduce them to the products offered by the marque, including accessories such as the Bespoke Picnic Hamper and the gold Spirit of Ecstasy.
Further reinforcing the premium ownership experience that Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Doha provides to its existing customers, a dedicated, closed recovery truck will pick up and drop off vehicles for servicing or maintenance, offering an additional dimension of privacy and exclusivity, the statement adds.
Commenting on the recovery truck, Weglinski said: “The dedicated recovery truck has been carefully designed to safely, securely and somewhat privately transport Rolls-Royce cars to and from our valued customers, ensuring that the process is as effortless as possible.”
