HE the Foreign Minister Dr Khalid bin Mohamed al-Attiyah holding talks with visiting Deputy Chairman of the Russian Federal Council (Senate), Ilyas Umakhanov, in Doha yesterday. The meeting dealt with bilateral relations in addition issues of mutual interest.
