National golf team player Ghanim al-Kuwari won the men’s title in the QGA Cup 2015 at Doha Golf Club yesterday. Al-Kuwari finished first in the 0 to 9 handicap category for men’s, finishing ahead of Jacub Hrinda and Frazer Cockburn.
In the men’s category from 10 to 28 Handicap, Fahad Mir finished first, while Andrew Watson finished second ahead of Nazarrudin Syamaun. Kriyanti Setiyono emerged as the champion among the ladies, ahead of Tasnem Kazi and Uzma Mir, who finished second and third respectively. The team of Shiv Kaura, Christopher Bartlett and Sebastian Bartlett won the junior teams category.
