Qatar’s national Olympic football team takes on its Australian counterpart today in an international friendly at Al Arabi Club’s Grand Hamad Stadium. The game comes as part of the two sides’ preparations for the U-23 Asian Cup, which will be held in Doha from January 12 to 30 and whose first three finalists qualify for the 2016 Rio de Janeiro Olympics.
