Ahlibank is now welcoming customers to its “new look,” redesigned branch in Abu Hamour, the bank has said in a statement.
The innovative design has created more space by locating customer service representatives downstairs and the creation of a dedicated cash counter section upstairs to meet customer needs. In addition, new ATMs have been installed and are accessible 24 hours a day.  
The branch features the bank’s new brand identity with modern technology, including interactive touch screens designed to enhance the customer experience. This is the fifth branch opening in Ahlibank’s redesign programme, aimed at providing the most personal banking experience at the heart of the Qatar community.
Andrew McKechnie, deputy CEO for Retail, said: “Ahlibank is dedicated to providing the most personal banking experience at convenient locations around Qatar. I am delighted that Abu Hamour is the fifth renovated branch that opened in the last 12 months.
“We are on track to complete the renovation and repositioning of our branch network by the end of 2016. In addition, we continue to launch new products and services, including the new MasterCard CashBack Credit Card and have a number of exciting initiatives planned for the coming months.”
He added: “Customer needs are at the forefront of our thinking in Ahlibank. For example, when we designed Abu Hamour branch, we looked carefully at the needs of the local community at this very busy location and ensured that we maximised the useable space in the redesigned layout.”
