Mannai Auto Group is accepting advance bookings for three all-new V-Series performance editions of its ATS and CTS models.
The first deliveries to customers in Qatar are expected towards the end of 2015 and in early 2016, starting with the all-new ATS-V and followed by the new generation CTS-V.
The two models boast class-leading forced induction powertrains and a comprehensive suite of design and performance systems such as a Performance Data Recorder (PDR), which can capture its driver’s performance and analyse it using Toolbox Telemetry software developed by Cosworth.
Complementing these mechanical and exterior performance focused features are equally driver-focused interiors with high-performance seats, optimised ergonomics and interfaces.
Mohamed Helmy, group general manager, Mannai Auto, said: “The next-generation ATS-V and CTS-V are among the most anticipated additions to Cadillac’s line-up. They are an extension of the ever-connected lives of our customers. On one hand, Performance Data Capture and Telemetry will allow them to hone their driving skills. On the other, and in keeping with the times, this performance data can be shared with friends and on social media. It will be revolutionary in terms of how our customers share their love for driving with their friends.”
The 2016 ATS-V and ATS-V Coupe make their global debut as the brand’s inaugural ‘luxury compact performance’ cars. The all-new 2016 CTS-V, meanwhile, takes on an all-new persona in its latest iteration, since it was first unveiled in 2009.
Track-capable from the factory, the 464-hp ATS-V features the exclusive Cadillac Twin Turbo V-6, eight-speed paddle shift gears, and 0-96 acceleration of just 3.9 seconds. With a top speed of 320 kph and 0-96kph performance in 3.7 seconds, the 640-hp CTS-V will be the most powerful car in Cadillac’s 112-year history.
Cadillac’s new 2016 V-Series models represent a significant expansion of the brand’s elite, high-performance line. In addition to the elevated performance, they now reach a broader spectrum of drivers by presenting two distinct personalities, size categories and price points.
The PDR allows drivers to record high-definition video with data overlays of their driving experiences on and off the track, enabling data analysis and sharing on social media.
