HE the Minister of Culture, Arts and Heritage Dr Hamad bin Abdulaziz al-Kuwari opened the plastic arts activities at Souq Waqif Arts Centre on Tuesday evening. Dr Al Kuwari, who toured the halls and pavilions of the centre, was briefed on the more than 90 artworks at the exhibition made by 70 Qatari, Arab and foreign resident artists.
