The exercise deals with three key aspects - reception, service procedures and work environment.
The Strategic Planning Department at the Ministry of Interior (MoI) launched a customer satisfaction survey on Sunday.
It will ascertain clients’ level of satisfaction with services rendered by different security departments, including Capital, Rayyan and North, and their external branches.
Over a period of one week, a survey team from the Strategic Planning Department will hand out specific forms to visitors.
The exercise primarily deals with three key aspects of the services provided — reception, service procedures and work environment.
Capt Hamoud Abdullah al-Muraikhi, head of the information and statistics section at the Strategic Planning Department, has urged the public to take part in the survey and express their opinion. A similar survey will be held in the South and Dukhan security departments next week.
