Qatar Olympic Committee president HE Sheikh Joaan bin Hamad al -Thani attended the opening ceremony of the second GCC Games at Prince Mohamed bin Fahd Stadium in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. Eastern Province Governor Prince Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, GCC ministers of youth and sport and heads of the GCC Olympic Committees were present at the ceremony on Thursday evening.
