Qatar Leadership Centre (QLC) has invited applications for its 2016-2017 programmes which feature modules to enhance a diverse range of competencies and skills of the applicants.
Qualified Qatari professionals working in managerial and executive positions across all sectors can submit their complete application online at www.qlc.org.qa, until October 25.
QLC offers Executive Leaders Programme, the Rising Leaders Programme and the Government Leaders Programme.

QLC programmes take place for a few days each month, for 12 months and require a work release for the dedicated days during the entire period. Selected participants will have the opportunity to learn from, and interact with industry leaders and experts through customised policy seminars and international Learning Journeys.
QLC’s interactive modules are offered in collaboration with leading institutions, such as Harvard University, the University of Cambridge Executive Education, the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, Duke Corporate Education and HEC Paris.
The diverse expertise of participants, who hold positions in government, healthcare, finance, education, the military and tourism, serves as a valuable resource to the entire cohort. Participants are given the opportunity to network and exchange knowledge with one another during and well after they have completed their time at QLC.
The Executive Leaders Programme is designed for Qataris between 36 and 46, who hold a managerial position, have a minimum of ten years of professional experience, and have obtained at least a bachelor’s degree or above. Applicants must have sound command of Arabic and English.
The Rising Leaders Programme is targeted towards Qataris who are between 25 and 35, have a minimum of three years of professional experience, and hold at least a Bachelor’s degree. Sound command of both Arabic and English is required.
The Government Leaders Programme is suited for Qatari professionals who are between 25 and 40, have a minimum of three years of professional experience, and hold at least a bachelor’s degree. The programme is conducted in Arabic.
