HH the Deputy Emir Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad al-Thani yesterday received the credentials of nine new ambassadors to Qatar. The ambassadors who presented the credentials are Luis Enrique Martinez Cruz of Panama, Hassan Musa Limamao of Benin, Julian Rivas of Venezuela, Dr W M Karunadasa of Sri Lanka, Guillermo Rubio Funes of El Salvador, Mamadou Sall of Senegal, Mubarak Hassan Boubacar of Niger, Acisclo Valladares Molina of Guatemala and Bong Ku Lanvsi of Laos. The ambassadors conveyed to HH the Deputy Emir greetings of their countries’ leaders and their best wishes of further progress and prosperity to the Qatari people. For his part, HH the Deputy Emir welcomed the new ambassadors and wished them success in their missions and relations between Qatar and their countries further development and prosperity. The new diplomats received an official reception ceremony before the presentation of their credentials.
