Al-Muhannadi leads the inauguration ceremony of the bank’s new branch and head office.

The inauguration ceremony was led by branch manager Mariam al-Muhannadi in the presence of prominent Qatari customers and senior management of Mashreq.
Mashreq’s e-Cube retail concept offers customers smart banking services using interactive electronic devices.
Upon entering the branch, customers are greeted by an interactive 75” exterior attractor screen, which clients can use to explore Mashreq’s wide range of products and services using motion detection technology.
Head of Retail Banking Niranjan Mendonca said, “For the first time in Qatar, our award winning e-Cube branch provides customers with new age banking. We continue to explore new ways to delight our customers with innovative banking solutions coupled with an atmosphere that provides the latest technology to keep our customers engaged.”
He added, “In addition to regular branch transactions, customers can use the e-kiosk to video chat with a customer service representative anytime.  This is also our first disabled-friendly branch location, with a dedicated wheelchair access ramp and suitably configured ATMs and electronic interfaces.”
The e-Cube branch is also environmental-friendly, offering customers a paperless processing experience. Clients will no longer have to fill out forms to conduct day-to-day branch banking transactions.
Dedicated Mashreq Gold and Business Banking Relationship Managers are also available in the branch. C-Ring Road is also Mashreq’s new head office, which houses the retail banking team, business banking, corporate banking team, and the country head office.
The new branch continues to offer the same working hours, offering services during the morning, evening and even on weekends: Sunday to Thursday from 7:30am to 1:00pm and then from 6pm to 8:30pm. During Saturdays, banking hours are from 8am to 12:30pm.
