Ooredoo has launched a new promotion on its popular Ooredoo App, giving customers who top up their Hala accounts by QR30 and above using the service an extra 10% bonus top-up credit.
The promotion has been launched to reward the rising number of customers choosing to securely and quickly top up their accounts from anywhere in the world with the Ooredoo App.
With the promotion, customers will receive a minimum of QR3 worth of free bonus credit which can then be used to make local or international calls or for data browsing on Ooredoo’s bigger and faster network.
The Ooredoo App, which was launched in 2013, allows Shahry and Hala customers to pay and view their bills, manage Nojoom Rewards, and block spam SMS, enhancing Ooredoo’s self-services offerings for customers.
Hala customers can also remotely subscribe and unsubscribe to various prepaid services on the mobile app, such as the 4G Key, Hala Smart, Mobile Internet Packs, Ooredoo Passport and the company’s host of international services.
The Ooredoo App was designed to give Ooredoo customers direct control over their services from their smartphones.
The Ooredoo App top-up offer will be available until July 5. All bonus credit redeemed will be valid for 30 days.
