A Soyuz TMA-16M spacecraft is transported to a launch pad at the Russian-leased Baikonur cosmodrome in Kazakhstan. The Russian spacecraft carrying the International Space Station crew of US astronaut Scott Kelly and Russian cosmonauts Gennady Padalka and Mikhail Kornienko is to blast off on Saturday.
