Ooredoo has announced the availability of a new package for Filipino movie fans in Qatar, marking the launch of the new “Pinoy Movies” service on Mozaic TV.
The service, which will offer 50 new titles updated every week, includes the best of the Pinoy film world, the company said in a statement.
Films will cost QR15 for regular titles and QR20 for premium blockbusters. Customers can rent the movies for 48 hours and watch them as many times as they like during this period.
Pinoy Movies has been launched to build upon the popularity of the recent “My GMA package,” which offers Filipinos in Qatar access to the latest news, public affairs and entertainment programmes for QR99 per month, the statement added.
Ooredoo has predicted that the new Pinoy Movies On Demand service will draw a similarly warm response
from the Filipino community in Qatar.
Mozaic TV provides access to a range of content, including the best and latest releases from Hollywood, Bollywood, Asia and the Arab world.
All video on-demand content is charged directly to customers’ monthly Ooredoo bills. Mozaic TV users can access the list of movies by clicking the “VOD” button on their remote handsets and then selecting “Pinoy Movies” to see the films available.
Next Generation Mozaic TV and Mozaic Go app users can take advantage of the benefits of the service on Qatar’s “biggest network,” including high-definition programming and a range of advanced features, the statement said.
