Qatar will host another high-profile international football  friendly when Italy take on Portugal at the Al Sadd Stadium on June 16 this year. The news was posted on the Portuguese football federation website yesterday. Doha has hosted several top international sides in the past, including Brazil, Spain and Argentina. Top European clubs have also played in Doha, most recently last November when Juventus and Napoli clashed in the Italian Super Cup. Portugal and Italy have clashed 24 times before  but have not played each other in the last seven years.
