Qatar Chamber chairman Sheikh Khalifa bin Jassim bin Mohamed al-Thani, president of the Federation of Gulf Co-operation Council Chambers (FGCCC), took part at the annual Arab-French Economic Forum in Paris on Tuesday. Sheikh Khalifa said the forum reflected the deep economic relationships between France and the Arab world and sought the “development and enhancement” of such relationships through the establishment of strategic business partnerships between Arab and French businesses. He further called on the French private sector to hold negotiations with the GCC private sector to implement various strategic infrastructure projects in addition to introducing more technological industries and services to the region.
